We represent individuals and businesses in a wide variety of legal matters. If you are facing a divorce, family law issue, were injured, or need to appeal a case, We can provide you with the advice and legal representation that you're entitled to. We strive to treat each client with dignity and respect.
Appeals are time sensitive. You have 42 days after a divorce is final to appeal the case. If you or someone you know needs to appeal a divorce (or modification) please feel free to call me with any questions. (205) 987-8787
I have been doing appeals for 20 years. Not all attorneys do appeals. In appealing a case, I research and write about errors that the judge or lawyers made before, during, or after a trial in a lower court. I present these errors to the appellate courts in a brief for their review. The appeals courts can then determine if the law and rules were followed in the case. If the laws were not followed, the appellate courts will reverse the decision or send the case back to the lower court for further action. Appeals are TIME SENSITIVE, please contact us as soon as possible concerning an appeal.
